Step 3: Legal Agreements and Warranties (Mandatory)

1. Acceptance of Core Policies

By submitting this application and any future design (UGC), I expressly warrant and guarantee that:

  • I am the original creator and sole owner of all copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual property rights necessary to legally reproduce, display, and sell the designs on physical merchandise.

  • My designs do not infringe upon any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, or right of publicity (e.g., using a celebrity's likeness).

  • I accept full legal responsibility for any claims, lawsuits, or demands brought against OneOfAKindCloth.com arising from my submitted designs, as stipulated in the TOS.

3. Grant of Production License

 

In order for us to fulfill customer orders, you must grant us a license to use your designs:

  • I grant OneOfAKindCloth.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, print, and display my submitted designs for the sole purpose of marketing, manufacturing, and fulfilling customer orders placed through the Service. This license terminates only upon my removal of the design from the platform.
