At One of a Kind Cloth, we believe in a transparent and reliable delivery experience. Every item we sell is custom-printed and handcrafted specifically for you upon order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively within the United States, including:
- The Continental USA
- Alaska and Hawaii
- P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Note: While we are proud to serve our friends in AK, HI, and US Territories at no additional shipping cost, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for transit to these locations.
2. Shipping & Production
Because your gear is "One of a Kind," it must go through a production process before it can ship.
- Production: Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Notification: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from us the moment your order leaves our production floor.
- Shipping: Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), estimated transit times are: Continental USA: 3–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: 5–10 business days.
Total Estimated Arrival: Most customers receive their order within 6–11 business days of purchase.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Automated Link: Your shipping confirmation email will contain a direct tracking link.
- Activation Period: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking information to update on their website.
- Missing Emails: If you haven't received a tracking link within 7 business days of your purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.
4. Delivery Issues & Accuracy
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. You can review and edit your shipping address within the allowed window by logging into the Customer Portal.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not moved for more than 14 days, please contact us at support@oneofakindcloth.com. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Post-Delivery: One of a Kind Cloth is not responsible for packages missing or stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier. If you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, contact the carrier listed in your order tracking link immediately.
