1. Content Rights

By sharing media featuring our gear (photos, videos, or reviews), you grant One of a Kind Cloth a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use that content for our marketing, social media, website, and advertisements.

 

2. Payouts & Commissions

  • Commission: 10% on the net sale price (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Schedule: Payments are issued monthly.
  • Clearance: Commissions are cleared 30 days after the month of sale to account for customer returns or cancellations.

 

3. Conduct

No "coupon leaking." You are strictly prohibited from submitting discount codes to public coupon-aggregator or "deal" sites. You must represent the brand authentically and may not misrepresent yourself as an official employee or spokesperson.

 

4. Mandatory Disclosure

Federal law requires transparency. You must clearly disclose your partnership whenever sharing your link or code (e.g., using #ad or a statement like "I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link").

 

5. Product Seeding (Influencer Tier)

If you receive gifted product for the purpose of content creation, you agree to provide high-quality media (photos or video) within 14 days of receipt. Failure to provide content may result in removal from the premium tier.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to end any promoter partnership at any time if the content, behavior, or aesthetic no longer aligns with the One of a Kind Cloth values.
