At One of a Kind Cloth, every item is created specially for you upon order. We move quickly to get your gear into production and aim to get it right every time. Here are ways we can help!
1. Order Modifications
You have a guaranteed 30-minute window from the time of purchase to modify your order via the Customer Portal. After this 30-minute window, the order enters our production lock and can no longer be modified as the raw materials have already been allocated to your specific build.
2. Address Corrections
Altho we provide a guaranteed 30-minute window to update your shipping address, you can make address corrections in the Customer Portal up until the moment your shipping label has been printed. Once the shipping label has been generated, the destination is locked and cannot be changed.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations for a full refund is only available within the 30-minute window following your purchase via the Customer Portal. Once the 30-minute window has lapsed, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded as the custom manufacturing process has already begun.
Last Minute Emergency Intercept: While we cannot cancel or stop the manufacturing process once it has started, you may be eligible to use our Last Minute Emergency Intercept if your gear has not yet shipped. YOU may edit the shipping address on your order to reroute the package directly to our return intake facility. This allows you to bypass the return shipping process and associated return shipping costs. Please note that the standard 15% restocking fee still applies.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gear arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us through our Returns and Exchanges Portal within 15 days of delivery. You will be required to upload a clear photo of the issue to trigger a replacement. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges and modifications can be completed on your order within the 30-minute window after your purchase without incurring additional cost, however once in production, exchanges follow our standard return process. To exchange item(s) after the 30 minute window, please use our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Once your exchange is inspected and approved, your refund less our standard 15% restocking fee will be issued as store credit to purchase your new size, color, or style.
6. Returns
We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in showroom condition—free of scents, odors, stains, or debris—and preferably in the original unopened packaging. Use the Returns and Exchanges Portal. for all returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges must use an Authorized Return Label generated by the portal. Once the item(s) are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer's choice, less our standard 15% restocking fee.
7. Abandoned Items
Items returned without an Authorized Return Label or that do not meet our 'showroom condition' standards will be classified as abandoned and may be donated or discarded; no store credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.
8. Starting a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please log in to our Returns and Exchanges Portal. If you are within the 15-day return window you will have multiple return options available to you within the portal. You must use the RMA digital label or QR code provided by the Returns and Exchanges Portal to ensure your return is tracked and your refund is automatically triggered. Items returned to us without an RMA risk being classified as Abandoned.
